The Order of the Afghan Crown, or “Nishan-i-Taj-i-Afghania,” is a decoration established in a single grade before 1906 by the Afghan king Amir Abdu'r Rahman. After the assassination of the founder’s son, King Habibullah Khan, in 1919, the order was abolished.
