By accessing or using the European Orders Price Archive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The European Orders Price Archive provides AI-assisted research into historical realized prices for European orders, medals, and decorations sourced from specialist dealers and auction archives worldwide. Price data is informational only and does not constitute a formal appraisal or guarantee of value.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account (subject to anonymous tier limits). By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Pro plan is billed at $19.99 USD per month via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds for unused time, except as stated below.
• 7-day refund policy: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to your registered email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, automate, or systematically download price data in bulk.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the price data without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Price Data Disclaimer

All price information is sourced from publicly available records and AI-assisted research. Results are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of current market value. Realized prices vary with condition, provenance, and market conditions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the price data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and database of order information, is owned by European Orders Price Archive. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, European Orders Price Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
