The Badge for Wounding (Знак за раняване) was a Bulgarian honorary badge established by Tsar Boris III in 1942. It was awarded for wounds suffered by members of the Bulgarian armed forces during the Second World War. It could also be awarded posthumously and presented to the surviving relatives of the decorated soldier. The decoration ceased to be awarded after the Second World War.
