The Order of Amílcar Cabral (Portuguese: Ordem Amílcar Cabral) is a state decoration of the Republic of Cabo Verde. Established in 1987, it is awarded to citizens of Cabo Verde and foreign nationals for exceptional merit in the struggle for national independence, for the protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Cape Verde islands, and for the fight against all forms of oppression.
