Leistungsprüfung-Die Gruppe im Löscheinsatz

The Performance Test—The Crew in Firefighting Operations (Leistungsprüfung-Die Gruppe im Löscheinsatz) is an achievement badge of the Free State of Bavaria for all members of fire services. It can be undertaken by prospective firefighters aged 16 and over and by firefighters. It is undertaken at six levels (bronze, silver, gold, gold-blue, gold-green, gold-red). Both the crew and the equipment are tested. Therefore, for example, the crew can fail despite an otherwise exemplary test because of a defective pump motor. It can be undertaken in three variants.
