The Medal of Honour for Posts and Telecommunications (Médaille d'honneur des postes et des télécommunications) is a French decoration intended to reward outstanding service subject to a minimum length of service, exceptional service, and acts of courage or devotion.
It is commonly called the PTT Medal because of its former name.
It should not be confused with the Order of Postal Merit (ordre du Mérite postal), a ministerial order that has not been awarded since 1 January 1964.
