Médaille du Tourisme

The Tourism Medal, in France, was established by Decree No. 89-693 of 1989. It is intended to reward people who, through their voluntary contributions or professional excellence, as well as the duration and quality of their services, have effectively contributed to the development of tourism and related activities (cultural leisure, accommodation establishments, tourist facilities, cultural establishments, gastronomic establishments, the economic and cultural development of regions, heritage preservation, etc.).
