Enthronement Commemorative Medal

The Medal for the Enthronement of Emperor Yunghui (or Commemorative Medal for the Enthronement of Emperor Sunjong) (Korean: 대한제국 황제의 투구를 새긴 기념장 記念章) [Médaille d'intronisation de l'empereur Sunjong] is an honorary distinction of the Korean Empire, established by Emperor Yunghui (formerly Crown Prince Sunjong) on 27 August 1907 to celebrate the beginning of his reign.

It was awarded to guests and organizers of the new emperor’s enthronement ceremony. There are three classes: the 1st class is reserved for the emperor and his family, the 2nd class is for nobles and officers, and the 3rd class is for commoners, junior officials, and other ranks.
