Order of the Great September Revolution 1969

The Great Libyan September 1969 Revolution Medal (وسام ثورة سبتمبر 1969 الليبية العظمى) is a Libyan medal established to commemorate the Great September 1 Revolution, which took place on 1 September 1969. It was also known as the Fateh Medal or the Liberation Medal.

The medal consisted of two classes and had two versions associated with the tenth and fortieth anniversaries of the revolution, in 1979 and 2009. Like a number of Libyan decorations, it was made on the model of Egyptian decorations.
