Honorary Donor of Saint Petersburg [Почётный донор Санкт-Петербурга] is a breast badge established by the Government of Saint Petersburg, expressing recognition of the contribution made by donors who are residents of Saint Petersburg to the development of voluntary and unpaid donation of blood and (or) its components in Saint Petersburg.
The badge was established on 8 February 2018, and its first presentation took place at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library on 14 June of the same year. In the first five years after its establishment, the badge was presented more than 4,000 times, including to 864 people in 2022. As of December 2024, 6,500 people had been awarded the badge.
The breast badge does not entail any benefits from the state, but, at the initiative of the Railway Museum, from 18 April 2025 the certificate of Honorary Donor of Saint Petersburg allows free admission to the museum.
