The K. E. Tsiolkovsky Badge is a departmental badge of distinction of the State Corporation for Space Activities “Roscosmos.”
It was established by Order No. 302 of the State Corporation for Space Activities “Roscosmos” of December 29, 2016, “On the badges of distinction of the State Corporation for Space Activities ‘Roscosmos.’”
The badge was introduced to replace the departmental badge of the Russian Federal Space Agency, the “Tsiolkovsky Badge,” as part of the reform of the departmental awards system.
