The Medals for Assistance to Pilgrims (Medaglie per l'assistenza ai pellegrini) are decorations awarded by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta for service rendered by its members and by members of the ACISMOM Military Corps, the Order of Malta Italian Relief Corps, and other structures during the Catholic Church’s Universal Jubilees.
At present, three authorised medals are counted, relating to the 1975 Jubilee, the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, and the 2025 Jubilee.
