Honored blood donor of Tajikistan

The Honorary Donor of Tajikistan (Донори ифтихории Тоҷикистон) is an honorary title of the Republic of Tajikistan awarded, in accordance with the Health Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, to individuals who have donated at least 20 liters of blood or plasma if men, or at least 15 liters if women, regardless of their donor experience.
