The Republic of Türkiye State Medal of Superior Sacrifice [Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Üstün Fedakârlık Madalyası] is a medal awarded, by decision and conferment of the President of Türkiye, to Turkish citizens who have shown exceptional sacrifice in combating natural disasters and epidemics, or in remedying the damage caused by them.
It was first awarded to Turkish and foreign personnel who took part in search-and-rescue operations in the region following the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes.
