Orden "Za vidatni zaslugi"

The Order “For Outstanding Service” (Орден «За видатні заслуги») is a high public award of the National Council of Turks-Karapapaks of Ukraine (Національна Рада Тюрків Карапапаків України), awarded to citizens for outstanding personal service to the Ukrainian state, the Turkic world, and the Turkic-Karapapak people. The order was established on 8 April 2018. By its status, the Order “For Outstanding Service” is the second-highest award, after the Order of the Star of Tengri, in the order chapter of the National Council of Turks-Karapapaks of Ukraine. According to the Regulations “On Prizes and Awards” of the National Council of Turks-Karapapaks of Ukraine, the junior award after the Order “For Outstanding Service” is the Order of the White Leopard, established in 2015.
