The Honorary Medal of the National Front was a non-state award of the National Front of the German Democratic Republic (GDR), established in one class in 1975. It was awarded for exemplary participation in the development of the developed socialist society and for the struggle to preserve and secure peace. It succeeded the Ernst Moritz Arndt Medal, which ceased to be awarded in 1975.
