The Medal of the Guelph Order (Guelphen-Ordens-Medaille) was an additional Hanoverian award alongside the Guelph Order itself.
This medal was instituted on 12 August 1815 to honor the bravery of non-commissioned officers and soldiers. The founder was King Ernest Augustus. Holders of the medal could continue to wear the award even after completing their military service. The award was accompanied by an annual allowance of 24 Reichsthalers.
