The Medal Commemorating the Reconstruction of the Imperial Capital (帝都復興記念章月三年五和昭) was a medal of the Empire of Japan, established on August 12, 1930, by Imperial Edict No. 148. The medal was awarded to people who took part in the project to reconstruct Tokyo after the Great Kantō earthquake.
It was produced at the Osaka Mint (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture). The master medallist was the sculptor Shōkichi Hata.
The medal was worn on the left side of the chest. The award was presented in a formal ceremony.
