The Order of the Red Banner of Labour (Mongolian: Хөдөлмөрийн гавьяаны улаан тугийн одон) was the highest civilian decoration awarded by the Mongolian People’s Republic. The order was established in 1926 by a decree of the Presidium of the Little Khural and the Council of Ministers of the Mongolian People’s Republic as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner. It was created as an analogue of the Soviet Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
Around 300 medals of Type I, around 1,100 of Type II, and around 4,000 of Types III and IV were awarded.
