The Millennium of the Polish State Badge [Odznaka Tysiąclecia Państwa Polskiego] is a one-class badge established by the All-Poland Committee of the National Unity Front [Ogólnopolski Komitet Frontu Jedności Narodu] to recognize individuals or organizations for their participation in social activities in connection with the celebrations of the Millennium of the Polish State.
The badge known as the “banner badge” (larger size) was also awarded to organizations such as workplaces, schools, folk ensembles, etc.
