The Kościuszko Badge Lenino–Berlin 1943–1945 [Odznaka Kościuszkowska Lenino-Berlin 1943-1945] is a Polish state military decoration established in 1946.
The badge was awarded to soldiers of the 1st Tadeusz Kościuszko Warsaw Infantry Division (part of the Polish Armed Forces in the USSR, later the People’s Army of Poland) who took part in battles on the Eastern Front during the Second World War, from the Battle of Lenino in October 1943 to the fighting for Berlin in May 1945.
Later, the image of the Kościuszko Badge was adopted for the commemorative badge of the 1st Tadeusz Kościuszko Warsaw Mechanized Division.
