The “Distinguished Communications Employee” Badge [Odznaka „Zasłużony Pracownik Łączności”] was a Polish ministerial decoration established on 11 August 1969 and awarded by the Minister of Communications in recognition of merits from many years of dedicated work. It was awarded to employees of the ministry or communications services who distinguished themselves through particularly conscientious performance of their professional and social duties, showed particular care for public property, and demonstrated a high moral standard. The badge had three classes (gold, silver, and bronze) and was worn on the right breast. It was discontinued on 11 May 1996.
