Exemplary Officer Cadet [Wzorowy Podchorąży] is an honorary title awarded to a soldier of the Polish Army.
From 2002 to 2010, the title was awarded for achieving, after completing the fourth semester of studies at a military academy or officer school, an average grade of at least 4.51 (with no failing semester grades) and for very good performance of official duties.
The Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 23 June 2010 on the recognition of soldiers, subunits and military units introduced new provisions concerning the title; a new regulation concerning the honorary title and its badge was issued on 24 October 2022.
