Orden 27 de Junio

The Order of June 27 (Orden 27 de Junio) is a decoration awarded to Venezuela’s most outstanding educators.

The president of Venezuela is the head of the order and has the exclusive authority to confer the decoration, following a favorable report on the candidate’s merits and length of service from the order’s council, which consists of the minister of education and the directors of primary, secondary, higher and special education, and the technical director of Venezuela’s Ministry of Education.
