Defensiemedaille voor de Internationale Inzet in Afghanistan

The Danish Defence Medal for International Service in Afghanistan (Danish: Forsvarets Medalje for International Tjeneste, Afghanistan) was established on 1 January 2010. The medal was awarded to Danish participants in ISAF, the UN operation in Afghanistan.

After thirty days in the area of operations, participants are also entitled to a NATO decoration, the ISAF Medal.
