The Commemorative Medal for the One Hundredth Birthday of King Christian X (Danish: “Mindemedaillen i Anledning af Hundredeårsdagen for Kong Christian den Tiendes Fødsel”) is a Danish decoration. The medal was awarded by Margrethe II of Denmark on 9 September 1970. The decoration is rare; no more than twelve examples were awarded to members of the Danish royal family. Recipients may place the letters “M.M.26.sept. 1870-1970” after their names.
The medal is worn on the customary red silk ribbon with a woven white cross.
Commemorative decorations marking the hundredth birthday of a Danish king have been struck and awarded in Denmark since 1918. To date, this has happened four times.
