The Jalasena Star (Bintang Jalasena) is an honorary decoration awarded by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to honor a soldier for outstanding service to the advancement and development of the Indonesian Navy (TNI Angkatan Laut). The award was officially established in 1968. The star ranks immediately below the Yudha Dharma Star.
The Jalasena Star is awarded to those who have demonstrated ability, wisdom, and outstanding service beyond the call of duty for the advancement and development of the Indonesian Navy. The star may also be awarded to civilians who meet these requirements.
