Star of the Kartika Eka Pakçi

The Kartika Eka Paksi Star (Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi; also written as Bintang Kartika Eka Pakçi) is an honorary decoration awarded by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to honor a soldier for outstanding service to the advancement and development of the Indonesian Army (TNI Angkatan Darat). The award was officially established in 1968. The star ranks immediately below the Yudha Dharma Star.

The Kartika Eka Paksi Star is awarded to those who have demonstrated ability, wisdom, and outstanding service beyond the call of duty for the advancement and development of the Indonesian Army. The star may also be awarded to Indonesian citizens who are not members of the Indonesian Army and who meet these requirements.
